What exactly do I receive?
An English Cake Quote Kit Excel workbook plus a quick-start guide. Payhip handles the secure payment and digital file delivery.
Do I need Microsoft Excel?
Yes. The kit is designed for desktop Microsoft Excel, which is not included. Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and mobile spreadsheet apps have not been verified.
Does the workbook automatically deduct stock?
No. You enter purchases, use, waste and adjustments in the stock log. Creating a quote does not reserve or deduct inventory.
Does it tell me what customers will pay?
No. It calculates from your costs, chosen hourly pay, fees and margin. Compare the result with your market, cake design and customer expectations before quoting.
Is the web calculator free?
Yes. You can enter your cake costs for free. Entering your email sends and unlocks the exact target price, break-even point and detailed cost breakdown. The Excel workbook is the separate paid product.
What happens to my email and calculation?
